HOW DO I CONFIRM A SERVICE?

An agent will always personally take your request . He will confirm the service you want to hire through the email communication you have with him by indicating the date, pax number?? and service you want.

To speed up the process, please provide us with delivery details: hotel, check in, check out, meeting points, etc.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I RECEIVE ONCE I HAVE CONFIRMED MY RESERVATION?

Once you have confirmed one of our services via email you will receive a Proforma Invoice with all the services contracted including shipping costs, if any. This invoice will be sent along with a confirmation email which will include the details of the contracted services.

A few days before the service, details such as transfer service pick-up times, meeting point information or any other information needed to enjoy our services will be resent to the customer.

If you need more documents such as a voucher or a special document to manage travel visas do not hesitate to ask us, we will be happy to help you.

WHAT PAYMENT SYSTEMS DO YOU ACCEPT?

On our Proforma Invoice you will find our account number to make the deposit by bank transfer. If you wish you can also pay by card through our online payment system on our website or via PayPal.

At Spain Emotions we are not a booking agency whose clients are just another number. We are experts in sports and corporate tourism that offer a personalized and exclusive service, wanting to maintain contact with the client and their needs at all times.

IF I WANT TO GO TO AN EVENT THAT DOES NOT APPEAR ON YOUR WEBSITE, CAN I REQUEST IT?

You can contact us and send us your request for any event that does not appear on our website. We have international contacts that can help us offer you options for any event that takes place in the world.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE TICKETS OR SERVICES CONTRACTED?

The tickets will be sent to your hotel 2 days before the sports event or on the date of your check in. They will be delivered to your hotel reception in your name.

If you have contracted other services, we will indicate the meeting point in advance, the starting time of the service, the name of the person responsible for the activity who will meet you and we will solve any query or doubt you may have. We will always personally check that everything is going as planned.

DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN OR SENIORS (OVER 65)?

There may be special rate options for children or seniors depending on the service requested. Please let us know the age of the participants in each case and we will check if there are any age-specific rates available. In many cases, these rates are set by our providers and we will have to check them.
